Exit at Itigawa Interchange of Hokuriku Expressway and take Route 148 southbound. Turn right and follow the sign of "Hakuba Norikura Ski Resort". It is about 40km from Itoigawa.
Exit at Azumino Interchange of Nagano Expressway. And follow the signs for Hakuba and Omachi and head north. Turn left at the sign of "Iwatake" on Route 148 and head on toward Tsugaike Kogen. It is about 60km from Azumino Interchange.
Exit at Koshoku (Nagano) interchange of Joshinetsu Expressway and head on to Hakuba Nagano Olympic Road. Turn left at the sign of "Iwatake" on Route 148 and head on toward Tsugaike Kogen. It is approximately 60km from Koshoku (Nagano) Interchange.
Take Oito Line from Itoigawa station of JR Hokuriku Line and get off at Hakuba-Oike Station. Take a bus or taxi to get to Tsugaike Kogen.
Take Oito Line from Matsumoto station of JR Chuo Line and get off at Hakuba-Oike Station. Take a bus or taxi to get to Tsugaike Kogen.
Take a bus to Tsugaike Kogen from Nagano Station. (*Three buses are scheduled daily from Nagano Station to Tsugaike Kogen during the green season. Please check the schedule beforehand.)
